Gun Maker's 3 Tiered Discipleship Program
To Be Launched in August 2025
TIER 1: THE STUDENT
SPOTS AVAILABLE / YEAR: 5
ADMITTANCE: Interview + Personality Test + Skill Test
COST: $25 / hour; discounts available for full year payment in advance
DURATION: In-person training: 1 day / week, 8 hours/ day, 50 weeks (Total of 400 hours) + Homework
DIMENSION OF TRAINING: Trade related: Armorer level
SCOPE: By the time you finish this one year of training, you will have received the amount of information you would receive at most Armorer level training programs; you will be able to diagnose, fix, repair, provide gun maintenance services.
TIER 2: THE APPRENTICE
SPOTS AVAILABLE / YEAR: 2
ADMITTANCE: At Brubaker's Discretion, based on the Student's performance and character.
MUST have been a Brubaker student in the previous year.
DURATION: part time employment, minimum wage, 1 year, 4 hours / day
DIMENSIONS OF TRAINING:
Trade related: Gunsmith level
Personal Virtues Development & Civics - Jordan Peterson's Self Authoring Program
& other similar programs
Physical Training (twice / week)
SCOPE: By the time you finish this year of training, you will have received the amount of information you would receive at most Gunsmiths level training programs and will be taught the work standards of Brubaker Arms Manufacturing, LLC and how to achieve them.
You will be taught how to think (as opposed to what!), how to establish healthy boundaries with your clients, American Civics.
You will be taught basic notions of physical combat (non-firearm).
TIER 3: THE DISCIPLE
SPOTS AVAILABLE / YEAR: 1
ADMITTANCE: At Brubaker's Discretion, based on the Apprentice's performance and character.
MUST have been a Brubaker student in the previous year.
DURATION: 1 year of full time employment, generous wage
DIMENSIONS OF TRAINING:
Trade related: Gun Maker level

& other similar programs
Physical Training (twice / week)
Fellowship (twice / week - 2 hours each time)
SCOPE: By the time you finish this year of training, you will have received the amount of information and experience that you would receive in most high-end firearm manufacturing companies.
You will be taught the work standards of Brubaker Arms Manufacturing, LLC, how to achieve them, and how to walk on the ancient path of the warrior under God.
You will be taught the practical business aspects of running a gunsmithing shop; ATF requirements, paperwork, legal aspects, managerial aspects, client support, balancing the books and day-to-day operations.
You will occasionally be involved in Student's training and office management, client support.
You will be taught how to think (as opposed to what!), how to establish healthy boundaries, American Civics.
You will be taught advanced notions of physical combat (non-firearm).
You will become part of Brubaker Arms Manufacturing's tightly knit community / guild of gun makers who walk on the ancient paths.
Upon graduating Tier 3, you will be included in
The Brubaker Gun Makers Guild and Community of Practices.
Together with Brubaker, you might choose to be part of Brubaker Arms Manufacturing, LLC further if that is right for you, or might choose to be fruitful and multiply this apprenticeship program wherever you are called.
Brubaker Arms Manufacturing, LLC is hiring exclusively graduates of its own training program.
Having employed before (from retired engineers to fresh graduates from other gunsmithing training programs to firearm enthusiasts), we decided that the best way to maintain the level of quality that we stand for is to offer a discipleship program and hire some of the graduates to work with us further.
Brubaker Arms Manufacturing, LLC is less concerned with state or federal accreditation of its employees,
and way more concerned with their skills and character.
